The Process:

1. Meet and discuss the club's aims and objectives.
2. Collect required data - Photos, bills, plan, surveys, etc
3. Conduct a number of  inspections of the building.
4. Survey management staff for hours of operation and practices.
5. Conduct waste audit.
6. Conduct full NABERS, Level 2, ECOBIZ,  or Small Business Assessment audits using approved software and accredited energy assessors. 
7. Coordinate required quotes (2 each product) and meet contractors on site.
8. Consult board, or club rep regarding retro fit products within budget and timeframes.
9. Re-tender club's billing account for up to 18% cost savings.
10. Assist with grant application if necessary, (no win no pay).
11. Provide complete report for grant application including PowerPoint presentation to the board.
12. Provided ROIs and pay back times, on all potential products.
13. Consult, coordinate and supply 2 quotes on each product.
14. Re-audit club after six months or one year to measure retro-fit performance.
